Virus X is an arcade style survival game during a zombie apocalypse. you must survive the infinitely spawning waves of zombies, each wave slightly harder than the last.
Gain points from your kills and use them to spend on better equipment and to open up new areas of the 5 different maps.
Perks can be obtained that each have different effects that can be purchased with your points, but you must first turn on the generators by killing zombies by the nearby generators to suck in their souls.
Better weapons can be purchased from the red wall buy icons, or take a gamble at the random weapon wall buy for potentially greater weapons! but you must find it first, and if it becomes overused it will change its location.
Zombies may drop 1 of 10 power-ups, each with a different effect ranging from free points, full ammo for both weapons, or even a full wipe out of all zombies in the area.
Your games are fully customizable from the menu, allowing you to set challenges for yourself, or use of of the pre-built challenges.
There is also a high scoring system that tracks many things, like highscores on each map, total kills, total play time and much more.
There also may be a few Easter eggs hidden in the snow…
