The basic description of this game was a 2D maze game, with a few touches to make it a little bit more difficult.
The game involves a small square character controlled by the player. The square has to collect all of the green objects while trying to avoid blocks that on contact make you restart the level.
I had a few problems originally. I was asked to create enemies that when the player goes near them the player would have to press a key or something along those lines. I had trouble programming that in, so I ended up making the enemies idle and you needed to press space when coming into contact.
Once the player collects each of the green objects you move to the winning screen which then means the game is complete.
