Sabo Squad (also known as Bean Boys Bean Battling) is a two-player game to play with a friend. The goal of the game is to get to the top of the track, whilst sabotaging the other player. You gain points automatically and use button one to activate the selected mode. You change the mode with button two, and press button one to activate that mode. The mode starts at one; it goes up a mode every time button two is pressed. With good use of all the modes, you can slow down the other player and get to the top first.
Controls
Player one uses the left controller and is blue on the tracks, whilst player two uses the right controller and is green on the tracks. The left button is the activation button also known as button one, right button is the mode change button also known as button two.
Modes
There are three different modes, all with different functions. Mode 1 is the default mode in which you gain one point at a time. Mode 2 creates a five second interval in which the other players points are reversed, going backwards instead of forward. Mode 3 makes you gain double points, but if you are sabotaged you will go down five at constant rate for five seconds.
